Troubleshooting

If you did not quit and restart your browser, please do so then try this test again. If the graph still does not display properly, follow the links below for some possible solutions.



If you see the above icon, or one similar, instead of the graph and text, your browser is having the "Broken Icon" problem. You will likely see an error dialog box; just click cancel. Some possible solutions.

If you see only two lines close together, as shown below,



then your web browser may not support plug-ins or the new Embed element. Try downloading the latest version of your browser or install one of the browsers from the MathView CD:


If you see an empty space, as shown below,







it could be a drawing glitch. Go back to the test page and try clicking on the Reload button (or use Reload from the View menu).
